As a hispanic person i find your post offensive. The problem is that when you talk like that, you make a woman go mad… So be wise… and keep on… reading the sign of my body.

We have lots of words for it. Depends on the kind of dance and what country the person you ask is from too. You know, kinda like the Inuits and snow thing. “bailar” (‘bhai-lahr’) is the most common but “menear el culo” is more appropriate for formal occasions.

Wasn’t the “inuits have dozens of words for snow” thing kinda disproven? Afaik they only have like 5 or something, the reason people were saying there were so many is because Inuktitut, Greenlandic, etc are polysynthetic languages, meaning you can pack a LOT of information into one word (it’s possible to make complex one-word sentences for example). This does mean that there are a lot of words based off the root for snow, which is where people got the idea

I’m so glad I am in a position to not have to fucking hear Christmas music, some of the old ones are fine but dear fuck do stores and radio love playing the same 4 fucking songs. Also God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen is right good depending on version.

If I hear ‘So This is Christmas’ by John Lennon one more time I’m going to lose it. It sounds so bad coming out of a PA speaker.

Same 4 songs, performed by a dozen different singers. It drives me insane.

Also, I personally hate when a singer decides they’re gonna perform their version of a song. I had an old music teacher that once said, " if you’re going to cover an famous song, it needs to be better than the original." So for someone to say they’re gonna cover Elvis’ Blue Christmas, or Earl Ravencroft’s performance of the Grinch song, are basically saying they’re better than Elvis or Earl Ravencroft. With how low effort these covers are, that is definitely not the case and I feel like they insult our intelligence by shitting on all these classic songs.

Francesca is a comedian and left-leaning political activist. Definitely a joke.

She also wrote “The Leopards Ate My Face” song. Was also one of the targets of the early anti-sjw shit that spawned gamergate on YouTube with her DeCoded show for MTV

Shakira law! Far too funny first thing in the morning for me. I will be desperately waiting for an opportunity to use that in work today.

FYI the country is spelled Colombia… which I’m only writing because I think we should also change DC to the District of Colombia in honor of our new Lady Liberty.
