If you want to support Dana Terrace and independent animation, go check out her new adult animated series Knights of Guinevere, made with Glitch Productions.
There’s a scene where a giant robot knight stabs the crap out of a giant ball that looks like the Epcot Center.
Mistreat your altar boys long enough, and this is what you get.
Yeah, Glitch’s whole thing is they work on their own time. Quality over quantity. Which is rough when you’re absolutely jonesing for that next episode of The Amazing Digital Circus and have no idea when you’re going to get it.
(If you like the dark humour and “Childish whimsy as a source of horror” elements, The Amazing Digital Circus may be worth you checking out. Same studio, different creative team, very different art style, but really good blend of laugh out loud funny and oh God no that’s fucking creepy)
They’re well worth the watch. The series is complete already, and has been for several years. There’s a few little mini-shorts and little spinoffs, but the main story arc was fully completed.
It’s a solid series, and has a lot of similarities to Adventure Time, if you liked that.
I’ve had that happen before, and I don’t know exactly why, but it’s not consistent. It may happen if you are connecting via a VPN server that they’ve flagged. Switching servers and clearing cookies and whatnot ought to clear it up.
I’m not interested in clearing it up. If YT doesn’t want me to watch videos on their platform, that’s fine, I won’t. I just wish creators would upload their content somewhere else that isn’t behind a corporate account wall.
It’s likely a region or IP range thing. I find that when I’m on a VPN, YouTube will regularly complain like this. I just keep switching countries until one works.

If you like darkly comedic scifi horror, it’s well worth checking out.
It’s also very explicitly about how Disney has descended into a purely capitalist and anti-human entity.

Descended into it? You do understand what Disney’s always been right. I mean obviously you don’t if you have this type of comment.
lol
Fine
scended
The Owl House is also fantastic. You can find the entire series on the high seas with little effort.
Can confirm, this was a good pilot.
Immediately hooked, but where’s the rest. 😭 I know I know, it’s done when it’s done…

Ye, love it, too. Can’t wait for the inevitable abstracting.
Well, the creator is suggesting you pirate them.

They are talking about Knight of Guinevere, I think, not Owl House. Of which there’s only a pilot.
ah, gotcha, my b
We were discussing Dana’s new, independent show, Knights of Guinevere.
But yes, The Owl House is phenomenal.
Oh good, it’s on Xitter and Youtube. Neither of which I can access without an account.
it be available on the seas as well, if you’re sailing
You can’t access YouTube without an account?

Are you on a work device? Seen that when using on certain corporate networks
No.
