I got similar in my pre-lift BMW E46 and I love it. I had also post-lift E46 with buttons for AC, but I prefer the knobs since no need to look at it while driving.

Even if would you travel the whole Asia or Africa in the two-year trip, you would not produce so much pollution as really rich people who have ‘city breaks’ every weekend by plane, or have 8 holiday a year.
