FBI Director Kash Patel and Sen. Cory Booker got in a shouting match during Patel’s appearance Tuesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee, as the New Jersey Democrat accused him of being responsible for a “generational destruction of the nation’s premier law enforcement agency.”

In this instance he’s urging private citizens and companies to do the crackdown, so it’s not technically a 1A violation.

So you think they won’t try it at the FBI or some shit?

There is no bottom, y’know. It’s this all the way down.

There’s a reason I started my comment with, “In this instance.” I was only speaking to the fact that the VP encouraging private citizens to rat on each other is not a 1A violation.

Pam Bondi threatening to target people is a 1A violation if she actually follows through.

She backed off, claimed it “won’t be prosecuted” but not actually affirming the 1A’s freedom.

Yeah but James Donald Bowman knew that when he said it. Of course his demented rapistness’ has instructed them all to break the law. Its what he does, and as cult members who aren’t very competent at their jobs of course they’ll do it.
