They are choosing to abstain from using artificial intelligence for environmental, ethical and personal reasons. Maybe they have a point, writes Guardian columnist Arwa Mahdawi
It can’t do my dishes. It can’t vacuum the apartment. It can’t do my laundry. You can’t ask it information because it’ll just be wrong 20% of the time. It can’t automate all the annoying things in my life that get in the way of what I love doing:
Art.
But that’s the one thing that it’s designed to do.
AI is also just… Trash.
