When you’re done, just before putting it away, press up on the space between your balls and anus. 9 out of 10 times it stops this from happening for me! Sometimes I do it again after zipping up for good measure lol
I’m not sure that appearing to reach under your nuts and fingering your butt in a public toilet is the best idea.

Press the urethra upward from the perineum and this wont happen.
You can shake and rattle / squirm or dance / but the very last drop / ends up in the pants
Directions to fix: Kegel, goose your taint, pinch at the base of the shaft, squeeze up and out the last drop. Dab with a square of TP. No more piss pants
