I had a nightmare that I was taking a full load of grad classes in a discipline I’ve not touched in 15 years, along with working full time. My dream character was weirdly optimistic about my time management skills.

And then there’s also emotional maturity. If you don’t process your unpleasant emotions, you’ll end up reacting in unhealthy and unbalanced ways.
