      This is an amazing photograph.

And what a stark contrast it presents with the picture in the post. Thank you for including this picture.

Notice how he didn’t rant about himself being “a hero” or bring this up again later, how he “saved a pregnant woman single handedly”. No, he thanked the people around him.

And turning to grab her “here you go, you’re ok, I’m right here, I gotcha, you’re ok” and to microphone “This is what happens when I talk too long”

No no you dont understand. He watches that very well. He is doing exactly what he wanted. Gain power, loot it blank, leaving nothing behind, and run off

I know it’s easy to see a still image with no context and assume the worst. Below is a YouTube video showing the entire scene.

Trump did get up when it happened and went over to look at the man. Everyone was already handling it and he turned back around and that’s the still image.

He even updated the press at the end explaining that the man got light headed but was okay.

Trump, looks absolutely unconcerned, the way he looks over at the guy on the floor, is really really how someone looks at a dead animal on the side of the road. He looks borderline annoyed.

Well he’s got form for ignoring people who have hurt themselves. Search up about what he did when an 80 year old guy fell over, hit his head and was bleeding all over the floor.

      spoiler

He turned away, but commented how it was disgusting. And that his “beautiful marble” was changing colour…

Thank you. I really wish people would quit making things up and taking things out of context. There is enough awful stuff going on. Adding fake and out of context junk just makes it harder to get people to believe the real problems when they’re shown.

I don’t see anything in the video that suggests his reaction is misrepresented in the picture. He stares at the man with apparent frustration and contempt for a few seconds then turns away as shown in the photo.

But it might still be deemed noteworthy if the misinterpretation stemming from this picture happens to be well aligned with the reality of all the horror caused by Trump.

The one where he grins and thumbs up while holding the baby orphan, whose parents had just been killed by a Trump loving murderer tops this. Slightly.

You haven’t seen a lot of images from Gaza then? This image is fucking creepy, but come on…

This being ONE OF the most disturbing ones doesn’t in any way dismiss how disturbing some from Gaza are.

GTFO with your ridiculous whataboutism and let people have reactions without demanding that they pivot to something unrelated.

This reeks of “other people have it worse so stop feeling bad for yourself” energy.

Congrats on being on par with my narcissist in-laws.

This scene is definitely going to get dramaticized in the future movie/documentary about Trump. Maybe just a 3 second unmentioned reference, maybe with context, who knows.

He can’t look at it because he has a psychological issue where he can’t handle any kind of bodily injury or illness. There are lots of stories about his reactions to situations like this, seeing blood, seeing disabled vets or anyone with a physical impairment of any kind, etc.

Trump doesn’t like to be seen with “weak” people. Veterans in wheelchairs. POWs.

He has been seen with them but only on very rare occasions because he is personally revolted by them.

He had a nice nap in his chair just before this happened, so he’s a bit groggy. He doesn’t know what’s going on. Even if he understood the situation, he wouldn’t have cared.

I’m not saying he isn’t enough of a narcissistic sociopath to ignore a medical emergency happening a few feet away… but I’m also not sure that his dementia addled brain is able to process an unexpected event like that as it’s happening.
