    Conservatives are cucks.

They won’t do anything about this insult.

They’ll get on their knees and ask for more.

He’s installed. He’s got no intention of going anywhere. He doesn’t need their “votes” anymore. So he doesn’t give a shit.

Agreed, but I also think his mental deterioration has reached a point where he’s having trouble filtering his thoughts, even for those who traditionally support him.

I’d say he’s been in trouble since 2021 or 2022. That’s when I noticed him really starting to lose it. I think he’s in worse shape than even the haters on here know.

We mainly read the highlights of his idiot speeches. Listening to the whole thing really puts in context how wasted his brain is. When you hear him start out reasonable, go off the fucking rails, back to somewhat sensible, back off the rails, damn, it’s scary.

Commented here a few times, how long will his handlers allow him in public?

I think they’re less worried about the public at this point. They have what they want. No government or military entity can/is willing to stop them. It’s up to the people now.

This actually brings up a good point: each new president should be on probation for their first year, with people being able to re-vote the next year if things don’t go how they expected (I know, I know, but I’m just speaking in general).

most likely Argentina offered Trump a % of what they received from the US government towards his businesses, that’s important for him, farmers? totally not his problem

Like a red Vote in 2026, and 2028, and 2030, and every election between now and their deaths because they’ll say, “As much stuff as president Trump does, he’s still not a Democrat.”

That really is what the politically aware conservatives say. They don’t like Trump so they either stay home or hold their nose and vote for him…

        “he’s still not a Democrat”

When you talk to Trump fans they are totally unaware of any news outside of Fox and their FaceBook echo chamber. So yeah, they gotta get some personal pain to understand.

And even then I don’t think they would. They’ll blame the pain Trump’s administration and the Republican’s are inflicting on them on Democrats and continue to vote Republican. The Republican’s are their team, their families team, their coworkers team, their entire communities team.

So…he thinks they should thank him for putting tariffs on imported beef, but doesn’t understand why they would be upset that he’s now planning to import enough foreign beef to tank the local market?

I don’t know why I’m always surprised by just how stupid he is. It’s like every time I think he can’t get any stupider…he just lowers the bar again. It’s actually kind of amazing. There truly is no bottom.

        Nah, he’s just an idiot.

Strong, across the board tariffs are something that only Trump wanted. There were two dueling arguments in Project 2025 on this. One wanted the right-libertarian solution of no tariffs at all. The other wanted some tariffs raised on specific things. Neither wanted high tariffs on every country for everything.

It is a solution Trump has personally proposed for a long time, He thinks of himself as a unique economic genius; the only one who sees how tariffs could work. He doesn’t consider at all that tariffs used to be a common solution and were abandoned as an economic tool by everyone for a reason. It can be a tool for international politics, but not economics.

I’m sure he doesn’t INTEND to destroy the United States, but he just doesn’t really care if he does.

It’s more like he found a lab that will pay people to participate in clinical trials, and he’s signed all of us up to participate in all of them, and he keeps the money.

“Sure, some of you might die, or grow an extra appendage, but the money I’ll make is worth it.”

Just gotta fake it til you make it, i.e. cook the books and take loans out against the falsely inflated value of the business. Surely you can recoup the money plus interest plus enough to make up for the lack of money that led you down this path to begin with, and won’t have to take out increasingly larger loans from increasingly shady entities.
