The Swedish government, and the EU commission is not making nearly enough noise as it should here.

Since Greta waived her right to immediate deportation and chose to remain in detention, I’m not sure what you are expecting the Swedes to do.

That doesn’t absolve them of responsibility for her welfare.

At the very least, under the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, Swedish diplomats have the right to visit Thunberg, verify her condition, and ensure she’s being treated according to international standards. Continuing to monitor the situation like this makes sure that Thunberg is not feeling isolated and makes sure her captors do not get any (further) funny ideas.

For another, there are all sorts of pressure tactics they can use, if her welfare is danger. They could summon the Israeli ambassador to formally express concern, they can push the European Commission and the EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs to issue a joint statement or demand investigation into her treatment.

Swedish diplomats did meet with her, as did a lawyer.

In danger from what…bed bugs? Prison food?

Conservative Swedish PM (Prime Pretend Minister) “Jam For Spine” Kristersson is known for both his mental laziness and fear of conflicts. He’s still remembered for fleeing a room, literally running, when confronted by a journalist about his personal shady deals.
