    I agree with dialetical thinking (good/bad) and choosing where to focus like on the wolves story. On my end, i am not depressed, but there is something true about having a hunger or thirst for expressing of and finding validation for misanthropy. This is different from nihilism because nihilism is a rejection of morals while i am an idealist / moralist. Focusing on neutral or positive things might be better than focusing on negative regardless if they are true or not, or how cathartic it is. Attention, focus… yeah i am reminded to exercise that muscle. The focus comment was a good insight.
