    If you’re physically up for it, doing a bunch of jumping jacks hits the perfect combination of using up adrenaline and making my lungs hurt to replace emotional smoking. It’s not well received in public though.

      I got a bunch specific PT excersises though, thats a good idea, just work out through it.
