I could be okay, but I also wouldn’t purposely get such a large space when I don’t plan to fill it with stuff. Just give me space big enough for the matress and desk.
there are teensy tiny municipally-owned apartments available in a city near me for like 200€ per month and i’m absolutely planning to get one if i ever get an income, they’re so smol that the “kitchen” is a recessed wardrobe with a sink and like 2 hotplates, which honestly considering how we have perfectly decent bags of frozen meals that you can just toss in a pot for 10 minutes is perfectly acceptable for a single-person household!

Not much value in empty space
Ain’t no home without enough open space for all kinds of push ups! If you’re daring, you could even do other exercises too!
