They were unpaid volunteers and one of the only requirements to do so was they couldn’t carry a gun.
And they obviously had a gun, because they shot two people killing one. Because they saw a person legally carrying a gun and panicked.
It’s great you edited your comment, but you still just believed a random social media account. One that either intentionally or unintentionally is spreading misinformation.
