        sadly, not in colorado. Though I’d have to admit, I’m an asshole.

        (not that I’m disagreeing with the less-harm-than-her thing… just saying you could do way better than me in politics.)

      The Constitutuin only requires members to be a resident of the state they were elected from, not of the district. Which makes sense, since districts may need to redrawn after each census, and it seems unfair to move a member’s district through redistricting. (Sometimes it is unavoidable, though, when a state loses districts and districts are combined).
