I shit you not but I got the question in one of our trainings that you get an email with a racist joke, what do you do?

        Of course you should:

1: Call gestapo (for you out there who have never worked in big greed corp, this is always the correct answer), but otherwise you could fail with these:

        2: Do nothing

        3: Forward to friends

4: Forward to friends, but only if it was really funny

"Accidentally"delete it and claim I dont remember ever recieving it if asked. Because even if it is REALLY funny I have bills but I’m also no snitch.

Well a whole generation grew up watching The Office where a guy constantly bullies his autistic coworker and the bully is portrayed as the cool guy and the victim as the meanie. And they all thought it was funny. People don’t recognize bullying when they think it’s funny.

Dwight isn’t just an autistic coworker. He’s an autistic fascist coworker. Most of Jim’s pranks exploit Dwight’s fascism. Like the time he recruited Dwight to be a secret FBI agent. If Dwight weren’t such an authority loving bootlicker, he wouldn’t have wanted to be a secret agent for the FBI.

Like, don’t go snitching to HR.

But also: what’s wrong with you for nagging your coworker if they don’t want to exhaust themselves?

Toxic workplaces love to hire people who are “hungry”, i.e. easily exploited wage slaves.

Off topic, a doctor friend once told me you can frequently tell a person who was a c-section baby by the shape of their heads.
