A good place to drop a reminder to people that MILLIONS of blue-check twitter users are completely fake, they make American-looking profiles and names and then retweet and post tons of propaganda and rage-bait for engagement, because the couple dollars they make on a successful post is enough to make a living in India, where a majority of these people live.
No hate on India, every country has it’s share of people who are just trying to get by. But for the USA this is really bad because it means we are letting our entire society be influenced by people who have no stake in our future. The best thing you can do is tell people to get off Twitter, no matter who they are. Tell conservatives too if you know any, the fact that most users are foreigners in disguise is a good enough real fact that should discourage them from using the site too.
