When I was about 14 I was with my second partner (17 or 18 then) in the back of a car with one of their friends. Later they said they were disappointed that I didn’t get mad at their friend and get possessive / tell the friend to stop. Like… What?! But yeah, partners are responsible for their half of the monogamous contract: if they break it, I hardly give any shits about third parties (unless they should have told me, like a friend etc). But sueing them? That’s even another level of weird
