I don’t there’s any difference at all that can’t be explained by makeup.
(I’m guessing the eyebrows are tattooed on and the lips are filled, but in theory I think it could be achieved with brow powder and over lining the lips.)
The bottom left one really doesn’t appear to be all that different but okay.

Top right mostly looks like ageing and makeup.
And nose surgery and botox
and lip fillers and a nose job and maybe that cheek hollowing thing (but hard to tell due to different expression)
Her nose completely changed shape.
