        Skimming through this, most labours do a lot of the “don’t cleanup and abuse equipment” stuff anyway. Are we surrounded by spies?

          It uses regular human behavior to hide sabotage. So, no. They’re likely people over-worked and undervalued who have no interest rather than saboteurs.

      If you do it right, you’d maybe be fired if caught. Maybe.

      You don’t need to directly sabotage equipment in the way you’re probably thinking, but just working slow, pretending to be stupid, letting things break, etc. can be helpful
