It smells terribly, exposes others to negative health effects without consent and is one of the biggest causes of littering. Simply put it is a major nuisance with no benefits apart from profits for the tobacco/drug industry and addicts getting their high.
Could probably extend that to anywhere around minors in general too.
I say we should remove filters and put asbestos in the cigs and let Darwinism solve the issue.
There literally used to be a brand of cigarettes that used asbestos for the filter.
Fun fact, one tobacco company researcher found a way to make cigarettes significantly less carcinogenic. His boss refused to make the changes, though, since that could be considered admitting they knew it causes cancer.
