    His lawyer seems crazy to me to try and appeal down to a three year sentence. I get the appeal but be reasonable. You’re not convincing a federal court to go that light on people who were essentially unregistered foreign agents. Id be scared a Judge would increase the sentence if my laywer came in with too ludacris a proposal. Thed give him life if they could, why give the opportunity and motivation for it all at once.
