How can you do that to your loving pet? The pet doesn’t deserve to be out there alongside you, in the cold, struggling and suffering over some of the poor decisions you’ve made in your life. They didn’t ask for this and they don’t deserve this. Give them up to adoption.

You really need to do some thinking on how people become homeless. You’re probably only a major accident or job loss away from being threatened by it. A good chunk of the homeless population only became homeless because they have mental disorders that were under treated by our busted healthcare system and lack of social safety nets.
Punching down at the most vulnerable people in our society does not make you look good.

There’s no point in defending your case because you don’t have a defence for your case. Deflecting on to everyone else is such a weak cop out. People aren’t virtue signaling, you’re just an asshole with a bad opinion and you want to pretend that everyone else is the problem so that you don’t have to acknowledge that you might be the problem.
