pretty sure the only reason they got away with anything is because anyone who saw an adult human capering around in that silly shit would be struck down by uncontrollable laughter

I LOVE the eyebrows. “Guys! Guys, don’t forget! Make sure your mask has eyebrows on it!”

And now I’m curious: Did some guys do a bad job with their eyebrows? Was there a Cletus the confused? Did some chapters put angry eyebrows on theirs to look tougher?

It says a lot about a group that has to hide behind some really stupid looking costumes to hide their identity because they know full well that the things they believe and say are completely wrong, unacceptable and won’t be tolerated.

They know what they are doing is wrong so they feel the need to hide who they are.

They are cowardly to their own beliefs.

Because if they truly, honestly and passionately believed with all their being in what they thought and said … they would never feel the need to hide who they were.

Well, there’s also the fact that at the time, the Federal government was hunting down racist paramilitaries like the mad dogs they were

      We should’ve never stopped, tbqh

I have to wonder what the chain of thought was to go from “I’m racist” to “Dress like a hobo clown”

Hope for franchising a la McDonald’s. They were just too ahead of their time.

But racism’s back in fashion, baby! Ask Ye!

Or a sculpture on the opposite wall that’s just plaster casts of hundreds of middle fingers forming one big middle finger, and they all represent a real person who flipped them off.

I like that in RDR2 there are zero consequences to killing Klanners that you find in the game world.

If that game were released today, it would get social media complaints about how it’s woke killing the KKK.

The only time that pathetic bag of dimwit a-holes ever amused me was in the following film scene…

Every picture of racist or homophobic historical landmarks should include a hand flipping it off.
