Not so, but only because of the non-legal-system apparatus of impeachment. They can impeach him for his bizarre clown makeup if they wanted, but they’d have to have the votes to remove him and the GQP will never fold or break. It will just keep getting more compressed and static until it becomes a black hole where no light can escape.
