I would say, first and formost, bad quality food (what Jack Spirko calls feed), which consists of ingredients that are unpronounceable, gluten, cow’s milk with chemicals pumped into the cows, refined sugars (cane sugar has almost the exact same process as cocaine), seed oils (people do not want to get rid of seed oils, despite them messing up their brains and guts) and soy (that’s good at altering hormone levels, specifically estrogen or testosterone depending on the sex assigned at birth).

Exercise raises dopamine levels (not lowering them), and yet, people who have a sedentary lifestyle tend to suffer a lot (while I’m sedentary myself, I eat almost nothing I described above, with exception to some seed oils, which is how I kept my weight in check). It’s more of a serotonin toxicity people tend to see in their systems due to balance issues.

This affects both sexes, not just males.

Skill issue? Not wanting to eat things with ingredients you can’t read is a skill issue? This I find strange, especially since I’d want to read ingredients very well, and not have anything with basically chemicals (we’re lab rats here in America).

          How about:

          Hydrogen oxide

          Hydrogen hydroxide

          Hydroxylic acid

          Dihydrogen monoxide

          Dihydrogen oxide

          Hydric acid

          Hydrohydroxic acid

          Hydroxic acid

          Hydroxoic acid

          Hydrol

          μ-Oxidodihydrogen

          κ1-Hydroxylhydrogen(0)

The last two I struggled for a moment, but the others I got just fine. Is that all having to do with some forms of water or something like that?

Not familiar with the nomenclature on the last two, came from the Wiki on “water”. Point being, a lot of “unpronounceable” ingredients are perfectly normal chemicals.

The contents of an apple are less jokey and more to my point:

Important volatile compounds in apples that contribute to their scent and flavour include acetaldehyde, ethyl acetate, 1-butanal, ethanol, 2-methylbutanal, 3-methylbutanal, ethyl propionate, ethyl 2-methylpropionate, ethyl butyrate, ethyl 2-methyl butyrate, hexanal, 1-butanol, 3-methylbutyl acetate, 2-methylbutyl acetate, 1-propyl butyrate, ethyl pentanoate, amyl acetate, 2-methyl-1-butanol, trans-2-hexenal, ethyl hexanoate, hexanol.

What I’m saying is that if it isn’t naturally occurring, it can’t be eaten. This includes something that’s GMO’d.

🙄 I just listed loads of chemicals that sound “chemically”, “unpronounceable”, all natural.

And I’ll fight you on “GMO’d”. Dare you to go to your local produce section and find anything to eat that wasn’t engineered by humans. Dare you to go into the woods and forests around your home and find anything to eat, untouched by human modification, outside of mushrooms and acorns and twigs.

Even our rice and potatoes and corn and wheat have been drastically modded. The modern use of speeding up those mods via fucking about with DNA is in it’s infancy, not much to see here.

I should clarify that man-made chemicals are not to be consumed. I never thought to make this clarification, especially since a lot of people eat said man-made chemicals, which I would like to avoid at all costs.

I hope this get’s upvoted to the heavens! You spoke nothing but facts. Nutrition plays such a huge part. I’ve said it before and I’ll said it here: If you can’t pronounced it, you shouldn’t put it in your mouth. You nailed it. What’s the best nutrition plan you think people should adopt, Mediterranean, high protein low carb, keto, vegan? What nutrition plan or lifestyle are you on? You sound like you’re on a specific lifestyle that works for you.

It depends on the body type. I may be A+ in my blood type, but I tend to do high protein-low carb. Veganism and vegetarianism was proven to cause more problems than solve from what I read on the matter, as plants have mechanisms to defend themselves (usually in the form of lectins) against being eaten. Some who want to seriously heal say a carnivore diet would be very well.

Since I happened to be diagnosed as a classical autist (I’m level 1 though), one chiropractor recommends a carnivore diet with microgreens and sprouts as modifications for it. For those who listen to Dr. Eric Berg, he’s the one who would do this plan for those with autism, but it might not work for everyone.

I also cycle high protein low card and I do intermittent fasting 1 to 2 times a week, that helps as well. Nice! Oddly enough, I’ve seen some vegans who don’t look very healthy. It’s a common misconception that all vegan food is healthy. Most of it is healthy, but some can get you in a lot of trouble.

I actually tend to do a 6-8 hour fast every day, and sometimes, even longer if necessary. My producer, Neigsendoig, does the exact same thing, so we knew a thing or two about it for some time.
