Thanks! I’ve added your Reddit username to the list.
Thanks; added!
Do either you or @[email protected] have an active Reddit account?
I’m glad they were caught, and I think it was the right decision in this situation, but the case sets an interesting precedent.
Probably either MythBusters or Parks and Recreation.
Edit: Actually, the answer might technically be the original Blue’s Clues. I had way more free time when I was a toddler.
run to fill my water bottle if there was an easy opportunity and try to get underground as fast as possible
Yup, these would be my priorities too.
NOW I know what hampster Huey and the gooey kablooie is
I mean, it’s only mentioned in the throwaway joke in the first two panels, and we don’t really get any information on it other than the title.
Another example of why cars maybe shouldn’t be driven by humans.
videos on yt where they zoomed into the blue sky and at one point it turned black and stars appeared
This doesn’t sound realistic to me. Could you share a link to the video?
I count four negations in the headline.
(-1)4 = +1

Happy cake day!

What have folks been up to these past few weeks?
I’ve been a bit busy with travel, but I did bring a cube with me and did a few casual solves while on buses, trains, etc.
How badly does being inebriated affect your intuition and memo?
I don’t think I actually drank any alcohol that time at the pub. My alcohol consumption is pretty low and infrequent, so I don’t have a lot of data on how my memorization performance is affected. I do find that I’m noticeably worse if I haven’t gotten enough sleep though. The few times I’ve consumed enough alcohol to feel the effects, I haven’t noticed a significant effect on my speedsolving times. Perhaps I was just not very drunk. I didn’t measure my blood alcohol levels.
Do you use the mind palace thingy for memo?
I’ve heard of the mind palace technique, but I’ve never been able to use it effectively. My current memo strategy is to convert letter pairs into words, and stringing the words into a (vaguely) coherent story. Perhaps I should give the mind palace another try. Any recommendations?
