Well there is actually the Voyager game coming out, and it seems to follow the general path of the show so presumably Q will turn up at some point but I think you’ll probably be playing against him.

Janeway canonically traveled through time to commit genocide by erasing all the surviving members of a race that was itself already genocided. It’s basically luck that it worked out for everyone . I wouldn’t remove coffee from the universe either.
