At least 2 of the people shot were detainees, not agents. Really changes the story when you omit that detail, doesn’t it?
According to the article three people were shot, so shooter was aiming for the brown people and not the agents? Another right winger with a gun?

Looks like the update is that all the people shot were detainees. It sure smells like a racially motivated attack.

Depends on who was shot
Multiple people have been shot at the Dallas ICE field office, according to a law enforcement source.
The shooter is down, the source said.
Sounds odd. For one, who gets up at the crack of dawn for a shooting. Why did the gunman shoot himself but is only “down”? Is he dead?
“Down”, in this context, means the shooter is injured or dead and is no longer an active threat. He might also be dead but that is a determination for the EMTs, coroner or whomever.
