Next, it’s hard to locate a single shot, especially when unexpected. There would be echos and conflicting reports from observers under duress.
Occams razor is the shooter was a practiced with good aim, good optics, and a good escape plan(so far). That much has zero requirement for outside assistance.
The United Healthcare shooting was way dirtier in terms of evidence, skill, and plan. It still took them days to find the suspect they wanted to prosecute and that after other suspects were released. They will do a similar manhunt here.
I think its pretty unlikely that some rando did this, but who knows. The skill level to get this shot off with such accuracy though and the ability to escape without a decent picture being taken of the shooter by a security camera or something shows an immense amount of planning. I think to escape like this would require help, it would require mapping out an escape plan so you know where the cameras are. I think its very unlikely that some lone wolf would be able to pull all this off.

There’s no technology that some grand secret agency could provide that makes you a better marksman. Good condition hardware, Optics, calibration, skill and practice. If you’re going to make a shot that’s all you need. There’s no special sauce there.
Security cameras are patchy at best, often not even working, and you would need to know what property the shot was from to find the footage. Even then, you would need to identify someone by them being a stranger in a workplace or their behavior/dress being abnormal.
I’m not saying there’s no conspiracy here but it’s really just as likely this is a “rando” until real evidence is identified. Claiming that there is a conspiracy based on vibes is unhelpful and potentially harmful. We really don’t want to culture the blueanon types.

Why? Just has to be someone who’s’ good at shooting rifles. It’s Utah, surrounded by people who shoot guns regularly.

I know nothing about guns or shooting but I am seeing people who do know say that any experienced hunter could make the shot.
As a counter-example, the Trump assassination attempt was similar location but and distance but failed.
Yeah but the kid has been discovered before he could make the shot so he was under a lot more pressure than the kirk shooter
