    When the employer puts forth an agreement that has wages losing ground against inflation, as best-and-final offer, then it’s a strike.

    Right now, though, employees are still working as a Good Faith gesture – even though they no longer have an employment contract. When’s the last time that happened in a dot-com?

    Let them walk off the job when their contract lapses - like everyone else - and see what happens.

    Y’all when can we do a general strike? Think of the power of every single union in Canada striking at once. I know it won’t happen but a gal can dream.
