Alt-text:
A crude drawing of a girl wearing a ski mask and holding a cartoonish bomb.
Labeled: illegalist gf
Text blocks surround her which read:
“laws aren’t real, silly.”
“a relationship is too formal of an organization; how about an affinity couple.”
only watches pirated movies.
“let’s have a slumber party; we can paint our nails and make bombs.”
she embrace you like she embrace criminality.
“can I borrow your pressure cooker?”
loves you almost as much as she hates cops
"I- I stole you that book you wanted, anon…
she cute, but also… she loot.
“galleani did nothing wrong”
True.
Lol. Being genuine though, I don’t think of illegalism as a strategy, but more so a lifestyle that’s most congruent with my values, so I’d argue that it can’t really ‘fail’ in that sense.
I do think there’s some worthwhile theory behind it, and legitimate benefits outside of individual empowerment, but those aren’t what drive me
Edit: it just occurred to me you’re probably responding specifically to the Galleani part. Idk much about him tbh
Yeah I’m not objecting to the meme as a whole, laws aren’t my jam at all but blowing people up really didn’t get the movement anywhere.
