Looks like muesli, fruit, berries, and milk and/or yogurt. It’s a nice breakfast - I make something like that myself sometimes

OP sounds like a person who has no perspective on their position in society.
nowhere in the post did they apply for the misery olympics, don’t draft them in by force. people can have small problems and complain about them in a lighthearted way
People can joke about little problems of their life while knowing that there are much bigger problems in the world.
Or they’re just poking fun at themselves.
