The vet was like, “He’s named for the discoverer of radio, right?” I affirmed and he made her apologize, which I thought was unnecessary. I guess he wanted my kitty to have the dignity of being addressed by his correct name. I told her I didn’t mind.
I love your vet. My dog was born on 4/20, so I wanted a weed-based name that wasn’t obvious. I looked through a huge list of marijuana euphemisms and as soon as I saw Macaroni, I knew it was his name.
Our usual dispensaries are all dog friendly, so we take him there to get pets. We love telling the story of his name there, Stephen always get a kink out of it.
