Can somebody explain what’s going on with this neck? His other work has nothing like this weirdness.

She must have gotten up to move as he was painting this picture. Like a camera with a slow shutter.

What’s not allowed: Digital art (anything made with Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Krita, Blender, GIMP or other art programs) or AI art (anything made with Stable Diffusion, Midjourney or other models)
