    What the fuck? Who just poisons random wildlife on a sanctuary? Poaching I at least understand because there’s money involved. But this wasn’t done for any reason other than that someone wanted to kill these animals.

      The article says they suspect that it was done by people who live within the boundaries of the sanctuary, since tigers will target their livestock or them directly.

      Sad, but those are just people trying to survive. As much as I like tigers I’d kill one too if it was trying to eat me.

          It’s not racial, more of a cultural thing I think. I’ve never met someone with distain for animals, even other’s pet dogs, than some of the Indian men I’ve known. I’m talking about folks who grew up in India, not just of Indian descent. I also know a grown man who’s just terrified of dogs. He will jump out of his seat and want to run away if even a small cute little dog comes too close.
