There was an interactive Kimmy Schmidt episode?!
What is this “leaving Netflix” bullshit? Where are they going, to Djibouti? Mars? Alpha Centauri?
Besides, don’t they supposedly fucking own these shows? Certainly they make it abundantly clear that these are “Netflix originals” by plastering that shit everywhere. Or do they “own” these shows like us customers own the media we “buy?”
This is no different than WB/HBO taking down completed work and writing it off to pad their CEO’s overinflated bonus, while artists and crews get fucked. Absolute fucking bullshit.
The act of removing this stuff doesn’t affect me as archives are available. So, whatever Shitflix, “leave” shows all you want.
These people watched Disney dragging their IP in and out of “the vaults” like clockwork every dozen years and took notes.
I loved Bandersnatch. I wish it would be immortalized somewhere. I spent so much time playing over and over tracing through each possible choice path.
It was so fun and engaging, I really identified with the story as well. Its something I want to share with others over and over again.
Netflix has a games division, I don’t see why they wouldn’t release it as an app, so they can remove the interactive functionality from their main player, but keep it available to subscribers.
One more demonstration of why we pirate content
I wish they just made Bandersnatch into an episode where I didn’t have to make choices. The whole retro gaming vibe was sweet. The new episode with Will Poulter as the game CEO was pretty good.
It’s alright, I and millions more have it on our personal streaming services. We actually own it.
Bandersnatch? Like the full experience? How?
How do you make it interactive?
