You can still die, just not from hunger/thirst.
And you have to hide it, or else governments around the world are gonna lock you to a blacksite and experiment on you. (I mean, you are essentially a weird mutant / supernatual being, governments be paranoid)
I would do the same I normally do except just not eating, I don’t think it really changes much I mostly eat either for pleasure or to literally not die anyway so I’d just not do the latter.
