    Assuming the courts still exist this should be excellent news for his lawyers. The government doesn’t usually just outright state an illegal rationale for their actions.

        I’d be pretty shocked - I’d be less shocked if Trump signed an executive order to do so but I’d be amazed if anyone in ICE outside the director decided to legally expose themselves that much with Trump’s history of not defending people who are no longer useful to him.

        A little fish bureaucrat violating a court order without being ordered to do so would open them up to a world of pain and liability that would probably have international repercussions for that individual.

        Shits absolutely going to pot but Trump and Musk have generally been the ultimate architects.

    Ammendment Cancelled in the name of 'Murica, Freedom of speech no longer applies to people MAGA doesn’t like because their myopic noseblind idiotic supporters can’t process without Fox News prompts. The “It doesn’t feel right because it’s not racist or fascist enough!” crowd need to be vacationed like ‘dear leader’ to Putin’s Playpen Russia where they can feel like themselves and only hear good things from lovely state media.
