Searching lemmyverse.net yields the following:
None of the communities are actively moderated, and only .world has activity in the past month.
Is this a case where consolidation towards .world is permissible, or would it be wiser to consolidate towards one of the smaller instances?
IMO if world is the only one with activity, it would make sense to support that particular community.
In that case, we should probably consider finding an active moderator for it.
Consider yourself hired.

Thoughts on closing vs. consolidating to the disney community on your instance?

I would go for [email protected]
You forgot [email protected]
Of course, though I’m not sure the folks over there would necessarily appreciate an influx of Disney princess memes…
Count me in.
Give me a headsup if there is consensus about the place?

Should we stay on .world or consolidate to another instance?
I’ll stay on .world until there’s reason to go. So far no contenders on the rise and I’m not volunteering to start over elsewhere for the little posting we currently get.
Personally, I say we go to another instance. We need to diversify the communities on Lemmy, and having everything on .world will lead to problems.
If consolidating might mean more posts and replies, then I’m all for it!
Thanks for jumping in!
