He was always faithful within the rules of their marriage, but in his younger days, and after they divorced? Dude was a man ho to a good extent. More so post divorce, since his younger days were pre sexual revolution, but I know people he grew up with, and he definitely was not a paragon of chastity at all.

He also did a stint between his two marriages where he was leaving tracks all over three counties.

I kid you not, I did home health for most of my working years, and I lost count of how many women (and a few men) would get “that look” when someone would ask which branch of the families that share my surname I was from, and I’d tell them. They’d ask if I knew him, and I’d say he was my dad, and that look, with blushes and some smiles would pop up.

I’ve actually met plenty of his post divorce partners, since we’ve shared housing for a long time now. And he would sometimes come home with multiple. One night, the guy showed up with three women, another guy, and a bag from the drug store full of condoms.

Shit. He was only maybe five years older than me at that time. Older than I am now.

We joke about there being some hidden siblings for me and my sister, but he was too careful for that.
