Reminder: Trump doesn’t want to send Cheney to jail, but the threat is made with no less despotic intent.
He’s doing the same thing he’s been doing for 8 years - bullying until someone performs a power surrender, an obeisance. And since Liz Cheney has decided Trump is her moral line she won’t cross, after every bad decision she’s leaned into, it’ll be particularly worrying once we see her on the news praising Trump.
