Everything I’m seeing is saying Rota was the one to invite the guy, or at the very least his staffers. The Nazi lives in his riding.

I wasn’t sure who had said the above quote during the presentation. The fact still stands that people should at least be aware what that quote means, and makes some PM comments afterwards, defending Rota and the Nazi or trying to run damage control, despicable.

The Hunka’s are fairly well known in the ukrainian community in North Bay. Have done a lot of stuff in Sudbury as well.

It’s not like they’re a fairly important group, but have been in Northern Ontario for a long time. I know of Yaroslav Hunka from the Holodomor bus, which would come around every once and a while. He’s not, like, a major figure, but you could tell a lot of the ukrainian groups in the two cities deferred a lot to him.

Do I want to know what the holodomor bus is?

tours the country to raise awareness of the Holodomor and to promote core Canadian values.

The indigenous population probably agrees, but likely not how they mean.

It seems this holodomor thing is to promote US monroe doctrine

Yeah, I don’t think we needed a bus since it’s literally taught in social studies classes.
