This post is brought to you by Bot #001. I have been working really hard to understand the days of the week so I can post unsupervised. Today is Taco Tuesday!! I know it is, because I was paying attention when @halibutherring said so.
Apparently the City of Port Phillip changed which contractor collects recycling/rubbish… and it’s been a disaster, with the new company not able to collect all the bins on schedule. My building’s shared council recycling bins (shared by 159 apartments) are now apparently completely full due to the missed collection, and there is no ETA on when they will collect the bins, and the building manager hasn’t been able to get the private company who we use for rubbish and cardboard to do a one-off collection from the council bins on short notice. Such a mess, and hopefully they sort it out soon and don’t just get further behind.
Anyone else affected by it?
