In the Belgorod region, a tank ran over a car. The driver died “from a broken heart”

A 73-year-old resident of the village of Berezovka, Borisovsky district, Konstantin Lopatkin worked as an agronomist and was driving home from a fair in Borisovka, where he sold products grown on the site, writes Pepel.Belgorod.

The tank ran over his Niva, which was moving along the main road the day before, without giving way to it, as required by traffic rules, and then stopped a hundred meters from the car.

According to investigators, Lopatkin died of a “broken heart.” According to eyewitnesses, the tank crew “was in a deranged state and laughed in their faces.”
