It’s part of it, but the bigger problem is that 99% of voters are content to just vote for their team color no matter how their legislator votes. There isn’t enough real accountability, and therefore, no impetus for meaningful change.

It was always worth your time. The whole boomer mentality of not talking about politics is how we got into this mess.
