      Imagine that. People with specific intolerances cutting out said intolerance can live better lives?

          Celiac isn’t the only condition that makes people sensitive to gluten containing foods. And, so what if some people haven’t put thought or effort into figuring out why gluten makes them feel bad?

          I have eosinophilic esophagitis and gastritis. It’s caused by an allergen. That allergen, for me, is gluten.

          Guess what I’m not? Celiac.

          You are not well informed on they wide variety of issues out there that can be caused by a gluten allergy. Please stop.
