“Unless everybuddy does it at the same time.” - that is the point… everyone does it, at the same time. You think our work protection would protect us in a case like this? It wouldnt. But we are a much more connected people apparently, who shares the same values. We wouldnt just let this go on. Even if it meant I would loose my job, this would be bigger than me. This is for our childrens future.
