      That seems to be a subject of debate but the Supreme Court has ruled in the past that the bill of rights applies to anyone in the US, not just citizens.

          Oh of course. The current SCOTUS has shown they are happy to be a tool for fascism, that’s the only reason they are taking cases that have been considered “settled law” for decades.

            Wasn’t it Kavanaugh that swore up and down in confirmation hearings that he’d respect stare decisis and then got in and started breaking it right and left? I can’t even remember anymore.
