Go ahead and call them complicit. This probably what they mean when they say they are ‘playing the long game’. Idiots.

Schuemer and Jeffries are not just useless, they are intentionally useless fuckwits. As with Johnson, they must be removed from office.

Donorcrats and Turdpublicans alike are traitors.

The spineless shitlib corrupt politicians have once again shown their loyalty and its to the capitalist class. Once again those who seek to reform the system are consistently proven little more than controlled opposition.

This is why we must abolish capitalism in its entirety, there is no room to compromise with reactionary filth.

The largest blame belongs on the GOP, but let’s be clear… Competent democratic leadership could have prevented all of this.

These crooked, shit ass democrats like Schumer, Jeffries, Pelosi - even RGB - are soaked at this point in the blood and despair of the American people.

RGB cold in her grave is to blame for our troubles now? Fucks sake if it weren’t for her we would be miles worse. Stop taking one persons missteps and snowballing it into apocalypse. There are so many active agents of chaos already alive and well.

Seriously, a random time traveler stepping on a butterfly and consiquently the dinosaurs still existing make more sense that that garbage. You have the benefit of hindsight. Just like alcohol and weed, please use it responsibly.

RGB made the situation far worse by being a selfish greedy justice who refused to resign at a reasonable time. She held on FAR longer than was reasonable and as such deserves the blame.

I am obligated every time someone brings up Mussolini to remind everyone that Mussolini was not overthrown and executed by a plucky band of rebels who raided the capital, his removal from power and subsequent arrest was performed by his own government and the king of Italy at the time.

Mussolini was facing growing political and social disapproval and the rioting and insurgency happing throughout italy made the country lose faith in him, as well as the coming storm of allied nations getting closer and closer to Italy prompted his own government to depose him and hand him over to the opposition.

We can still beat this through political means, and kind of need to, otherwise we don’t have an actual army behind us, we don’t have a leader or support from anyone, we don’t have secure coordination nor popular enough public sentiment to have anything close to a rebellion or coup. Yet.

And even if all that did come together, we would need a plan to deal with the fact that even if we solved everything and got rid of every last fascist in power in the USA, we still have to live next to the tens of millions of people who didn’t want this action nor vote for it, people who have a lot of community power, social capital and vast stockpiles of weapons and ammunition.

You want to defeat this, you have to hunker down and get involved in your community. Hold protests, march, yes if enough people are getting together go ahead and demonstrate your willingness to disrupt the system. But the best thing you can do is form social connections and get enough people demanding better local and state representation. We need community back, less sheltered, atomized world-views and more broad-scale opposition.

They don’t give a shit. All they care about is how it affects them politically. Which means they’re also fucking idiots because this isn’t even smart politically.

I guarantee you they’re worried about appearing soft on crime/immigration. They’re stuck in 2015 and I wish we could send them back there.

Seriously this is an unbelievably dumb fucking move. They cannot be this fucking dumb.

More and more I wonder who it is that actually calls the shots for these Democrats? Who is that gives them their orders. Obviously it’s corporate donors just like it is with Republicans, but who are they?

Did they really let Venezuela happen because they didn’t want to look weak, or do they share the same incentives as Republicans courtesy of the oil industry?

Schumer, at least, has proven himself to be a person who will claim one position in public while encouraging others to do the opposite, which is his real position. He’ll take a stand for the right thing only when he knows he has enough people doing the wrong thing that he will be defeated, and then he’ll publicly shrug and regret that there was nothing more he could do. He’s dishonest and cowardly and does not serve the voters.

Jeffries is just an insubstantial man who blows in the corporate wind. And also just blows.

Then you have people like Ro Kahnna making a very public display of allegedly fighting for equality and justice while Peter Thiel pulls his fucking strings from backstage. Calling for the U.S. to recognize Palestine as an independent state while downplaying his own investments in Palantir and history with other silicon valley billionaires like David Sackler.

It just makes me wonder how many billionaires are actually funding both sides and directing Democrats to play off of each other in this never ending one step forward and two steps back bullshit of calling for the right thing as a publicity stunt, only because they know it will go nowhere and be blocked by a simultaneous counter measure they’re running at the same time…

Collecting politicians is the new hobby among billionaires. Anyone can buy a car, yacht, even a rocketship, but to actually own and control a politician? That’s valuable.

Theil is putting together a nice collection, starting with Vance. Musk had Trump in his collection for a while, but Trump likes to remain a free agent. He’s in the unique position to be able to collect Billionaires instead.

And we’re just down here, standing in the rain. That is rain, isn’t it? They wouldn’t actually be pissing on us, would they?
